Manage your membership

Update your card, view invoices, or cancel your subscription yourself — no email needed: open the billing portal. Enter the email you purchased with and Stripe sends you a secure sign-in link. Members billed through Skool manage their plan in Skool's own settings instead.

What to include

• Your name and email address
• A short description of the problem
• Screenshots if something is broken
• Any relevant order or subscription details
